Welcome to Wayward Springs Farm
Wayward Springs Farm is a full-service equestrian facility located in picturesque northern Rappahannock County, Virginia. The farm is convenient to Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., as well as being in the center of Virginia’s horse country and within an easy commute of Middleburg, VA.
We specialize in the training of horses and riders for competitive Three-Day-Eventing, but also have significant experience working with pure dressage and show jumping horses and riders, as well as fox hunters.
Wayward Springs Farm is managed by Michael and Lisa Mendell, and is home to a multitude of horses ranging from retirees to competitive horses to youngsters and breeding stock. We work to provide a well-rounded environment for our horses and clients and strive to create horses that work happily at their highest level and riders who are true horsemen.
