Jumbo was retired from competition in 2008. He is in charge of teaching our younger horses the rules of the barn and fields.

Herbie is returning to work this year after time off due to lymes disease and should be out at some jumper shows this spring.

Spring retired from competition in 2006. He spent his time babysitting youngsters and being spoiled rotten with peppermints and face rubs. Sadly, in August 2009, Spring passed away.
Hatton Springs – 1978 Bay English TB gelding

Hattie was retired from competition in 1995 after many Years competing at the advanced level.and 14 consecutive CCI’s He was a Master’s horse for the Middleburg Hunt under Gail Wofford for a couple of seasons and then went into a second retirement. Hattie enjoyed his low key life and regular cross country excursions as he got older. Sadly, Hattie passed away in June 2009.

Tony was retired from upper level competition in 2002. He went to a family friend where he took a young rider from novice to preliminary. Sadly, in August 2011, Tony passed away.

Bobby has moved up to the Training level this spring. He is also competing at jumper shows and dressage shows to sharpen up his skills. We are planning on taking him to the AECs this fall at the novice level.

Ripley moved up to the Training level this spring. So far, he has been clean at all of the cross country rounds and has finished in the top 10. Ripley is also qualified for the novice level AECs this fall.
Tsunami Rising – 2002 Black Irish / US TB cross stallion by Primitive Rising
By the great Primitive Rising (sire of Jurassic Rising and Primitive Gold) out of a King of Diamonds/ Cavalier Royale mare. Sammy has given us two lovely foals in the Spring of 2010. Sammy tragically passed away in June, 2010.
Lullaby Bay – 1998 Grey Irish TB cross mare by Master Imp
Abby is one of our broodmares. She is the mother of Teslin Bay and Bijoux Bay. Abby is by the great jumping sire Master Imp out of a King of Diamonds mare. Before pregnancy, Abby competed through the preliminary level.
River Styx – 1999 Dark Bay US TB by
Duckie is the second of our broodmares. She is in foal to our own Tsunami Rising, with a foal due next spring. Duckie has competed at novice horse trials.
Teslin Bay – 2007 Bay Irish / French TB cross mare by Omnipotent
Tess is the daughter of Lullaby Bay. She is the farm’s first homebred. Her sire is a Selle Francois stallion with both Heisman and Olisco in his pedigree. Her dam is by Master Imp out of a King of Diamonds mare. Tess is bred to be a truly talented jumping horse. She is growing into a big, beautiful mare and showing loads of potential with her movement as well.

Babe is a full sister to our 2 year old Teslin Bay out of Lullaby Bay. She is a beautiful grey filly and proving to have all the personality of her mother and sister rolled into one. We are looking forward to working with her as she grows up and shows her considerable potential.
